Frog Force Privacy Policy for Text Messaging

At Frog Force, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This privacy policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard the information you provide to us through our text messaging services.

If you no longer wish to receive text messages from us, you can opt-out by replying “STOP” to any text message you receive from us. You can also contact our customer service team to be removed from our texting list. Once you opt-out, you will no longer receive text messages from Frog Force, except for administrative messages confirming your opt-out request.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

Third-Party Service Providers

We may use third-party service providers to facilitate our text messaging services. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your information and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.

Children’s Privacy

Our text messaging services are not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it as soon as possible.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of any significant changes by sending a text message to your registered number or by posting a notice on our website.

Frog Force Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Notice

You may cancel your Frog Force subscription at any time by providing a minimum of 14 days written notice.

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to frogforceai@gmail.com.

Confirmation Process

To protect your account, we will reply to your cancellation request with a confirmation email.

Your cancellation will not be finalized until you confirm the request. If confirmation is not received, your subscription will remain active and billing will continue.

Third Party Assets

Some Frog Force services include third party assets purchased or provisioned on your behalf.

These may include, but are not limited to:

• Domain names
• Business phone numbers
• DNS records
• Email services
• CRM infrastructure
• Automation platforms
• Software licenses
• Other digital assets

These services remain active only while your Frog Force account remains active unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Asset Transfers

If you wish to retain ownership of any third party assets after cancellation, you must request a transfer during your 14 day cancellation period.

Transfer requests may include:

• Domain transfers (GoDaddy, Cloudflare, etc.)
• Phone number transfers (Twilio / LeadConnector)
• DNS management
• Email services
• CRM exports
• Other eligible digital assets

A $99 Asset Transfer & Migration Fee applies per cancellation request to cover account preparation, export, coordination, migration, and transfer processing.

Failure to Request Transfer

If no transfer request is received before the end of the 14 day cancellation period:

• Phone numbers may be disconnected or released.
• Domain auto-renewal will be disabled.
• Third party services may be canceled.
• Digital infrastructure managed by Frog Force may be removed or deactivated.

Frog Force is not responsible for renewing, maintaining, recovering, or transferring any third party assets after cancellation has been completed.

Domain Names

If your domain was purchased through Frog Force and no transfer is requested during the cancellation period, automatic renewal will be disabled.

The domain will remain active until the end of its current registration term. Once expired, ownership may be lost if it is not renewed or transferred.

Frog Force is not responsible for expired domains following cancellation.

Website Files & Deliverables

Custom website content created specifically for your business remains yours.

However, Frog Force proprietary systems, templates, automation workflows, CRM configurations, internal software architecture, licensed components, and other proprietary resources are not included unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Migration or export services beyond standard asset transfers may require additional fees.

Billing & Refunds

Subscriptions remain active through the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, prepaid services, setup fees, or unused time.

Trial Accounts

If your account is on a free trial, access will terminate immediately upon cancellation unless otherwise stated.
